Use fresh multi-purpose solution every day for cleaning and storing.
Keep finger nails trimmed before handling contact lenses.
Clean lens casing with multi-purpose solution and air dry every time before using.
Wash hands with oil-free soap and dry with lint-free towel before touching contact lenses.
Scratch or pinch contact lenses with finger nail.
Clean contact lenses and lens casing with tap or sterile water.
Place lens on palm of your hand.
Apply a few drops of multi-purpose solution onto the lens.
Gently rub lens back and forth with finger pad for about 20 seconds on both sides.
Rinse lens thoroughly with multi-purpose solution.
Soak lens in lens casing with fresh multi-purpose solution.
Rinse lens with multi-purpose solution.
Place contact lens on tip of index finger.
Pull down lower eyelid with middle finger and hold upper eyelid firmly from above with your other hand.
Gently place contact lens on the middle of your eye.
Slowly release upper eyelid and gently close your eye.
Contact lens should center automatically after one or two blinks.
Look up and hold down the lower eyelid.
Gently Pinch the bottom edge of the lens and lift it out of your eye.
